This document will help you change your e-mail discussion group settings. The information
provided is for subscribers of e-mail discussion groups hosted by The Resource
Center. For assistance with other e-mail discussion groups, contact their administrator.
Settings
The e-mail discussion group has a number of features that you may want to use:
- Digest mode: Sends you one message with a digest of all
the messages sent daily, rather than sending each message individually.
- Index mode: Sends you only a list of subject lines for
the day and no messages
- Discussion mode: Sends you each message as it is posted.
This is the default setting.
- Temporary suspend mail from the list: Good for when you
are out of the office or on vacation.
- Acknowledgement: Sends you a confirmation message when
your posts are distributed to the e-mail discussion group.
- Receive copies of your own posts.
