How To Begin Using JASON
All existing Senior Corps projects will automatically be listed in
JASON, along with basic information from the HQ Senior Corps database.
To begin using JASON, you will need to log in using your e-mail address
as your User ID. You will receive an e-mail from Senior Corps with an
initial password that you should change when you first log in to the
system. If you haven't received one, contact the JASON help desk at:
1-202-606-7514 or jasonhelp@joinseniorservice.org.
Changing Your Password
- A volunteer visiting JASON, would go to www.joinseniorservice.org/, but to add your project and station information, you should go to the JASON Admin website at: www.joinseniorservice.org/admin and you will come to a screen that looks like this:
- You will now be on the Administrative Menu page, where you will type in your e-mail address (the e-mail address on file) and password to log in.
- To change your password or to change your e-mail address, click on Change My Settings in the left-hand navigation bar and follow the directions.
