We offer basic advice related to many common technology challenges -- such
as how to use the World Wide Web, e-mail and listservs; choosing hardware and
software; backing-up and protecting your data from viruses; working with PDFs;
and initiating a technology plan.
For more complex problems, we offer reference and referral services. We also
have a lending
library of resources to help you use technology to improve your programs
and services.
